Kim Unger - Patient Care Coordinator
Kim Unger is a new addition to Beltone's Willowbrook office. She works on reaching out to potential patients and various other patient care services. She enjoys meeting new patients and seeing the outcome of Beltone's services. She knows how much Beltone can enrich a person's life because her father has been a patient with Beltone since 1989. |  |

Stefanie Velez - Patient Care Coordinator
Stefanie Velez is the Patient Care Coordinator at the Aurora, IL Office. She joined Beltone in February, 2010. Her main goal as a PCC is offering great customer service, and sincerely building great relationships with new and existing patients and making them feel at home. She loves listening to patients talk about their lives, families, and hobbies. She strives on being compassionate, understanding, and taking the time to listen. She takes great joy in knowing that she has part in starting the process in motion of helping someone regain the quality of their lives when fitted with their new hearing aids and being able to hear again. |  |

Steve Fornero - Hearing Care Practioner
Steve Fornero is a Licensed Hearing Care Practitioner in the State of Illinois. He graduated from Western Illinois University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication studies. He is enthusiastic and compassionate about providing each patient with the highest level of hearing care possible so that they can improve and maintain a high quality of life. Steve states, “It gives me great joy every day to help people; I take much pride in what I do.” When he is not helping patients he enjoys his life with his wife and three children. Steve Manages both the Glen Ellyn and Willowbrook locations. |  |

Mick Marshall - Hearing Care Practioner
Mick is an Illinois licensed hearing practitioner. He graduated from Columbia in 1991. He brings a unique personal touch when working with patients and enjoys helping them to achieve a better quality of life through Beltone’s state of the art technology. Mick has lived in the Chicago southern suburbs for 45 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.He manages the Oak Lawn and Tinley Park Locations. | |

Jeremy Hamman - Hearing Care Practioner
Jeremy Hamman is a Licensed Hearing Care Practitioner in the State of Illinois. He has years of experience, both in university clinical environments and also with Beltone Hearing Care Center. He received his education from Purdue University earning a degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. Jeremy is originally from the area of Aurora, so he is very involved with the community. He always strives to make sure his patients understand not only that they have a hearing problem, but also how it is affecting their lives in a very understanding manner. Helping a patient hear better is his number one priority. He Manages the Aurora and Chicago Sears Office. | |

Ben Keeling - Hearing Specialist
Ben Keeling has been a member of the Beltone Family since 2000 and specializes in difficult fittings and adjustments. Ben holds a degree from Millikin University and serves as a licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser for the State of Illinois. Ben currently manages our Schaumburg and Brookfield Locations and is passionate about helping the hearing impaired. His grandmother chose Beltone when she needed help and it has changed her life. | |

Rosalie Duffy - Patient Care Coordinator
Rosalie Duffy is a Patient Care Coordinator for the Tinley Park office. She joined the team in 2011 with the goal of bringing a warm, smiling face to the patients serviced by Beltone.
She understands hearing loss and can relate to patients as her father and brother both benefit from the use of hearing devices.
Rose has lived in the Orland Park area with her husband and son for the past twenty years. She enjoys playing bingo, reading,and is the leader of the local Orland Park TOPS club (Take Off Pounds Sensibly). |  |

Linda Rhoads - Patient Care Coordinator
Linda is a new addition to Beltone’s Brookfield office. She is sensitive to the needs of the patient’s that come to Beltone. She finds it rewarding to learn about each patient and to see how the patients can have a richer life style. It is like having an extended family. In her spare time she enjoys interacting with family and friends. Her twin sister lives in Norway and they talk over the telephone a lot and exchange everyday experiences. |  |

Louise understands firsthand what it is like because she has been a hearing aid user herself for 11 years.
