Beltone began in 1940 in Chicago, Illinois. With 60 years of experience, Beltone is the largest U.S. and Canadian manufacturer of hearing instruments. Hearing tests will be thorough, follow a comprehensive protocol and strictly adhere to all laws, standards, and regulations. A proper hearing evaluation takes about 45 to 60 minutes and includes: a care history review; video otoscopic inspection of the ear canal and eardrum; and pure tone air and bone conduction testing. The results are in the form of an audiogram, which is an electronic measure of your hearing ability. The evaluation may be longer depending on any questions that you may have.
