Choose from the selection of sounds within the app’s library or upload your own sounds. Play them alone or create your own soundscapes by layering up to five sounds. Balance the sounds between your right and left ears, or turn on the timer so you can fall asleep to soothing sounds. As you listen to the selected sounds, you can try popping small moving bubbles for a relaxing, distracting exercise.

Manage your tinnitus and hearing loss with one device 
Approximately 4 in 5 people with tinnitus also experience some level of hearing loss. The use of a hearing aid to amplify sounds has proven to help cover up the tinnitus and make it less distracting.
