As increased spread of COVID-19 is causing uncertainty across our nation, we believe hearing what is being said and what is going on is more important now than ever before. Beltone remains fully committed to helping patients like you however we can during this challenging and stressful time.

The health and well-being of our customers is the cornerstone of our business. Recognizing that older hearing aid patients are among the most vulnerable, Beltone is taking action to make our services accessible for all during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Here are some specific steps we are taking to make it easy for you to get the support you need, in the safest way possible, as this pandemic continues to develop:

Face-to-Face Care, Even from Home

Enjoy face-to-face, personalized care from the safety and comfort of your home with Beltone Remote Care Live. This new technology gives you the ability to consult with your hearing care professional via video chat and have your hearing aids adjusted remotely through the Beltone HearMax phone app.

Self-Help Videos on YouTube

We’ve uploaded new self-help training videos to our YouTube channel. Watch these videos to learn how to pair your hearing aids to your smartphone or request Remote Care service so your hearing aids are always working at their best.

Drive-Thru Hearing Care

Unless local conditions prohibit, we will continue to provide hearing evaluations, offer support services and accept new appointments at Beltone offices. We have implemented extra safety precautions to protect both patients and employees. Plus, drive-through hearing care with curbside support may also be available in your area.

Call Your Hearing Care Professional

We believe dealing with hearing loss is a team effort, which is why our hearing care professionals are ready and willing to help you however they can. Call your local office or 1-800-BELTONE with any questions or issues if you are unable or uncomfortable going to an office right now.

Your hearing is important, so our number one priority is to continue to deliver the support you need, in the safest way possible. We will continue to offer these alternative methods of care as long as needed. We are right beside you and happy to help however we can.
