For Beltone offices, I focus on roles such as hearing aid specialists, audiologists, and patient care coordinators. Hearing aid specialists must pass state-specific tests and undergo certification. Audiologists are certified and licensed professionals with advanced degrees, capable of fitting and testing various devices.
For corporate roles, I recruit across departments like Finance, HR, Legal, and Marketing, each requiring specific skills and qualifications.
Identifying the Right Fit for Company Culture
Aligning with the company’s values and goals is crucial. Positive indicators include motivation, punctuality, clear communication, and genuine interest in the role. Red flags include tardiness, lack of follow-through, non-responsiveness, and vague answers.
