I worked well with two men at Beltone INC in Mattoon, IL. I was given thorough information from both of them. The first man who administered tests for checking my hearing levels talked to me in an easy straightforward matter. Another gentleman worked well to fit me with a hearing aid and the right tone quality to the best choice with my skin and hair color. He was professional throughout.;
