I stopped in with out and appointment.the left ear safety tip broke off they replaced that and cleaned both hearing aids. On my way, I need to get my instructions to download the hearing app back to my phone. My pleasure doing business with your company. Linda Yount;

My first time dealing w/a hearing specialist. Everything went well, guess I wasn’t hearing all that well, low frequency issues. Toooo many loud speakers 🎶🎵. The only issue I have was I didn’t really get to go home n discuss the cost/financing. I would’ve liked to have had that time frame. Now there r some concerns. But YES, I would go to them, Specialist was nice, receptionist was terrific!! Product, being top of the line, very expensive, is tiny n cant see basically, crystal clear hearing for most part!! Thanks;
