My Beltone hearing aids were not calibrated correctly by a different audiologist. Dennis provided a very thorough hearing exam that included two new types of testing - not just audible tones. He re-calibrated my hearing aids and they are working much better. He did not charge me, even though I did not buy the hearing aids through him.;
Jason helped me with my issue. Walked out a very satisfied customer.;
I had my test done at the Indiana State Fair. I forget the girls name or the man’s but they were so nice. I was very comfortable with them and she was very informative. (I went on Thursday the 16th if that helps you know their names). I will be going to Beltone in my area to get my hearing aids. (Soon as I can afford them!).;
