My dtr. & I got better explanations about what was going with my hearing aids. Adjustments were made.. Left with a more positive attitude toward Beltone at the North Olmsted office.. 2nd or 3rd time to this office .There was a misunderstanding re service fees. Told they were covered. After getting explanation fr Joe, will be calling my ins. to see if a chg can be made.;
