Mr. Morgan and Marci, along with the rest of the staff make you feel so welcome and they take the time to explain things in a way you will understand. I was visiting family in Midland and started having trouble with my right hearing aid. The speaker didn’t appear to be working properly. I called up Beltone Hearing Center to see if they could take a look, and they were able to see my right away. They said quickly identified the issue (battery connections were bent out of place) and corrected it. They did not even charge me for it. I am so grateful for their help!;
