Kathy graduated Cum Laude with a Masters Degree in Audiology from Ohio University. She is a Major with the Ohio Air National Guard. Kathy has more than 17 years experience in hearing health care and specializes in cerumen management as well as expert ability in hearing instrument fittings.

Eric is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and is also a Beltone factory trained hearing aid specialist. He was the recipient of the Beltone Pacesetter Award in 2005 and 2006.

Michael Tessmer. BC-HIS - President
Mike graduated from Upper Iowa University in 1973 with a BA degree. He has been Board Certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences since 1983. He has been a State Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist since 1979 in the states of Florida and Ohio. He is a member of International Hearing Society and the Hearing Healthcare Alliance of Ohio. Award winner of Beltone's 2000 Midwest Area Award and 2000 and 2003 Regional Excellence Award. Mike is also the recipient of the Beltone President's Cup, Beltone's most prestigious honor, awarded since 1958.
