Direct audio streaming (MFi)
You can connect Beltone wireless hearing aids directly to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. This enables you to stream phone calls, music, navigation or any other audio from your device directly to your hearing aids. When your hearing aids are paired with a compatible iOS device, direct audio streaming and basic hearing aid adjustments are available from the device settings.

The apps can also work with Apple Watch, but they must be installed on your iPhone as well to work. 

Requirement for running the apps:
iOS 12 or later. Apple Watch support requires watch OS 5 and iOS 12 or later. 
Use your Android device with your hearing aid
Audio Streaming

If your Android smartphone and your hearing aids both directly support Android Streaming to Hearing Aids functionality, you can download and install the Beltone HearMax app, open it and press “Get started”. Once the hearing aids are paired with your smartphone, you can stream audio directly.

Note: The direct audio streaming requires minimum Android 10 and Bluetooth® 5.0, and that Android Streaming to Hearing Aids has been enabled by the phone manufacturer. Accordingly, the compatibility information provided should be used for reference only. Although Beltone strives to achieve seamless device compatibilities, Beltone cannot guarantee full compatibility with all Android devices.

*Note that the Samsung Galaxy S23 is currently not compatible with Beltone Serene but that status is expected to change with future phone updates to LE Audio.

If direct Android streaming is not supported by your hearing aids or Android smartphone, you can use the Beltone Phone Link2 to stream sound. The Beltone Phone Link2 enables you to connect your Beltone hearing aids to any Bluetooth v.2.0 Android device.

The Beltone HearMax app is available for download on all Android devices running Android OS version 8.0 or later, but we verify compatibility with the devices listed above.

Compatibility for Beltone Remote Care Live within Beltone HearMax app requires Android 8 or a later version.
Beltone Phone Link 2 compatibility: Android devices running OS 2.3.5 or later and Bluetooth v. 2.0. Functionality verified on selected devices from HTC, Huawei, LG, Motorola, Samsung and Sony.
*For the Beltone HearPlus app, these models are compatible with Beltone Legend and Beltone Boost Plus.
