Joe is a highly experienced professional with over 33 years in the hearing aid industry, exclusively with Beltone. As the Retail Manager of Beltone's St. John's location and 10 satellite clinics, he is a licensed Hearing Aid Practitioner and Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Joe's remarkable sales achievements have earned him multiple awards, and his extensive involvement with the Hearing Aid Practitioners Board, including roles as Chairman and Registrar, demonstrates his commitment to industry standards. Outside of work, Joe enjoys hunting, fishing, and sports like hockey and basketball. He resides in St. John's with his wife, Yvonne, their daughter, Abby, and their dog, Cooper.

With 13 years of experience at Beltone St. John's, Ashley developed a keen interest in hearing health. In 2021, she completed her International Hearing Society Course, and the following year, she obtained her practitioner's license through the Hearing Instrument Practitioners Board of Newfoundland and Labrador. Ashley's enthusiasm for her work continues to grow as she looks forward to expanding her expertise to the Carbonear and Bay Roberts Clinics in 2024.

With 19 years of marriage and two wonderful children, Brooklyn and Olivia, Cheryl's family is completed by their two fur babies, Chief and Louie. In her free time, Cheryl embraces her role as a dedicated softball and cheer mom, supporting her children's activities and fostering their passions.

Throughout his tenure, Dave has earned numerous accolades from Beltone, including prestigious titles such as Master Hearing Aid Practitioner and Senior Master Hearing Aid Practitioner. He is currently an esteemed member of the NL Hearing Aid Practitioners Board, further exemplifying his commitment to the field. Dave resides in Conception Bay South with his wife, Kim, who is also a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Practitioner, and their three beloved dogs. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling to watch soccer matches, and taking his furry companions for refreshing swims.

Being a third-generation hearing aid practitioner, he carries on the legacy of his mother and grandfather, sharing their dedication to helping others experience the transformative power of hearing. Outside of his professional pursuits, Dylan finds joy in all things music, indulging in reading and storytelling along the way.

Additionally, Lori regularly holds clinics in Bonavista and Clarenville. During her spare time, she and her husband Dennis find joy in creating stunning interior spaces, refurbishing furniture, and curating decorations for special occasions. Lori's deep connection to the culture, music, rugged coastline, and inspiring people of her surroundings resonates strongly with her.

Vanessa is a dedicated Audiologist based at our St. John's clinic. She completed her academic journey at Memorial University, earning a Bachelor of Science-Hons. degree in psychology. Driven by her passion for audiology, she further pursued her education at Western University in London, Ontario, where she obtained a Master of Clinical Science degree in Audiology. Vanessa's enthusiasm for her profession and her love for her home province brought her back to Newfoundland in July 2022 to embark on her career at Beltone.
