Jake started as a Hearing Care Professional in Vestavia, AL. where he discovered a true passion for helping those in need. That passion led him to earn his Hearing Aid Specialist Certificate and kickstarted his career as a Hearing Care advocate and eventually to owning his own company.Jakes 16 offices are located in most areas close to you. Jake has been recognized for his dedication to the Hearing Community and has been honored with many Beltone awards over the years. When Jake isn't Managing his Beltone Offices or seeing patients, he can usually be found golfing, boating but his number one priority and joy is spending time with his family and friends.

Nancy Blackman is a Patient Care Coordinator who joined Beltone in 2021 When Nancy isn't assisting patients, she can usually be found doing home reno projects and yard work with her husband. She also enjoys spending time with her friends from church and singing in the choir. Her son, Michael, is a Beltone hearing care professional in Atlanta and fitted her with her first pair of hearing aids in 2016. Nancy says she can't imagine trying to work without them.

Great service and product- nice and helpful service personnel. Went in today 7-25-24 for a problem with one of my hearing aids. They got me in and made repairs quickly. And a service cleaning , they got me in and out in no time. Very personable customer support service. Thanks again;
