Kelly is Patrick's and Sharon's daughter who grew up in the industry watching both parents work in the Beltone network. In 2011, she graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa earning a degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders with a focus in hearing. In 2012, she became a licensed Florida Hearing Aid Specialist, HAS, and now operates the Lakeland office located directly off South Florida Avenue, one mile south of the Polk Parkway.

Patrick has been wearing hearing aids since he was five years old and knows to stick with Beltone. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1977. He joined Beltone in 1984 and has been a licensed Florida Hearing Instrument Specialist, HIS, for 33 years. He has also been Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences, NBC-HIS, for 25 years.
