Amy has been in the hearing healthcare field since 2006. Amy has earned a certification through NOVA Southern University in Diagnostic Testing and Digital Amplification. After completing an apprenticeship with a large ENT practice, Amy received her Hearing Instrument Specialist Certificate through the Alabama Board of Hearing Instrument Dealers. Amy has also received a certification for Professionals in Hearing Health Science from the International Hearing Society. Amy is dedicated to helping her patients hear better. Amy and her husband Lee have two children and reside in the Dothan area. Her daughter is in high school and is active in cheerleading and choir. Her son is in middle school and is active in baseball and band.

Vaughn is a graduate of both the University of Georgia Business School and Auburn University School of Audiology. Having grown up around hearing aids, he is familiar with the hands on approach necessary for proper hearing healthcare. With a Masters Degree in Audiology, he knows the importance of appropriate medical attention when hearing healthcare requires a physician's intervention. A board certified hearing care specialist for over 25 years, Vaughn is an extremely compassionate individual who takes a personal interest in every patient. He tries to learn as much as he can about his patients in order to successfully fit them with the perfect device. His care and attention has earned him various awards. Vaughn is proud to offer flexible appointment scheduling and evening appointments, and has even been known to make house calls.
Vaughn is married to Phyllis K. Bray, who is the Administrative Manager of V B Associates, Inc. They were married in 1983 and have three sons who all attend The University of Georgia.
