I can not say enough Great things about Mrs Jennifer. A couple weeks before we had went to another hearing aid place and left so disgusted. My mom was so worried about not ever being able to hear. I told her to not give up and then my aunt suggested us used belltone. I made the appt in enterprise but we couldn’t find the office. I called and she told me exactly where to go and even said I’ll stand on the side of the street in my white lab coat. Mom went in and she welcomed her with open arms while I parked the car. As I walked in my mom said I really like her. We both lost all of our hesitation and felt hope. She is the best in my opinion cause not only did she give my mom an extensive hearing test but helped us through the entire process with so much information, kindness, and never had to feel we were pressured with any discision. We came home and really talked extensive about what we were gonna do. Made our decision the next day, called back and got the same loving Jennifer as the couple days before. Mom can wear these hearing aides with no problems at all. We have been back to 2 more appointments and she even hugged my mom when we went back. We absolutely love her and can’t wait to see her each time we go. This is one appt we never dread. Not only is she super nice, knowledgeable, and patient…..I suggest her 10 out of 10. Keep of the good work. The English and Aycock family love you.;

A few months back I prayed for God to put somebody in my life that would help me be able to hear and understand what people say, and Jennifer is an angel walking here on earth. She has the love and the heart to help people. I have used Beltone for over 30 years. Since I was 31 I started going deaf. It was due to the cancer and Lupus. I want to thank Beltone and everybody else that helped me get this far in my hearing journey. But especially Jennifer. I can never thank God enough for her.;
