My appointment with Scott @ Beltone was really a blessing! He is courteous & professional yet down-to-earth while performing his job beyond my expectations. I'd received a hearing test about 4-5 months before seeing Scott & was quite disappointed with how rushed it was & how the examiner only said I had hearing loss in the vowel range & needed to buy his (expensive) aids. Rushed in, rushed out, no discussion about types or options, nothing. Scott gave a thorough exam & then went over the result graph with me to explain my hearing loss & discuss options for hearing improvement. He allowed time for questions & was straight forward with answers--in other words, Scott is the type of person I'd gladly do business with because his integrity is evident in the way he treats people with respect.;

Scott was very straightforward about everything. He left out nothing that I needed to know about my hearing or being unable to understand.;
