Dustin McMinn, HAD has been a hearing specialist for over 6 years and is a co-owner of Beltone Arizona. Before moving to Arizona to open his own practice, Dustin was a hearing aid provider in Oregon and has been the sole provider of two private practices since November of 2017. He became co-owner of Beltone
Arizona in 2021.
Dustin specializes in treating hearing loss, performing hearing tests, hearing aid repairs, hearing aid counseling and hearing aid fittings. A member of the Carefree Chamber of Commerce, Dustin likes to be involved in his community and makes a point to go to retirement homes several times a month to help with hearing aid care in those facilities.
Dustin’s favorite part of his job is helping the hearing impaired live better and more fulfilling lives and he enjoys hearing the unique stories his patients have to share. He has the greatest respect for those patients who choose to be vulnerable with him. Dustin makes it a goal to educate people anywhere and everywhere, holding “Lunch and Learn” seminars to help patients take their first steps to better hearing, or to learn something about their hearing health they may not have known otherwise.
In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and their dog and two cats. He enjoys camping, hiking, taking road trips, boating and making music.

Kory Castro, BC-HIS is a board-certified Hearing Aid Specialist and prior practice owner with over 12 years of industry experience. He is currently the co-owner and co-founder of Beltone West. Board-certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences, he is currently a member of the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences, the International Hearing Society and Hearing Healthcare Providers of Arizona. Before founding Beltone West, he was the owner of Cascade Hearing Aid Center in Hood River, OR for five years.
Kory enjoys working with an amazing team of people all dedicated to the same goal of helping people improve their quality of life and hearing patients tell their stories and seeing what motivates them to change their lives. Growing up in Oregon, watching his dad help people improve their quality of life through hearing, inspired Kory to work in hearing healthcare himself. He studied and trained under his father as a hearing aid specialist while in college, and at 23 years old, purchased his hearing clinics and ran them until he moved to Arizona.
Kory moved to Arizona with his wife, who completed her residency training to become a Pediatrician in Phoenix. They enjoy eating good food, traveling, hiking and exploring new places with their two dogs.

After taking my hearing aids in for cleaning they checked them and said there was a problem with them and they would rush them in under warranty to have them repaired or replaced. I didn’t realize there was anything wrong with them or that they were under warranty. Great service!!;
Dustin was an excellent person to work with. I think you did a very thorough job with screening for hearing loss. His company seems like they are professional caring people. I was glad to hear about the after care to deal with hearing loss. I had no idea that if a person can’t hear that parts of their brain atrophy. It makes sense to me now;
I was traveling in Arizona when my hearing aids began to fail. I made an appointment to have them assessed, but had no idea what to expect, given that it wasn't my home turf. What I got was Kory. Calm, smart, patient, and competent Kory. I described what was happening and he instantly knew the problem. Ten minutes later, after swapping out some filters and using some bizarre hypodermic needle-like thing to clean my devices, I had hearing aids that sounded brand new. It felt, literally, miraculous. I cannot tell you how relived and happy I was. If you own Beltone aids, and you need ANYTHING done with or about them, Kory is the man.;
