When my hearing aid (purchased elsewhere several years ago) began to malfunction, I called Beltone to find out if they could help me fix it. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel important and cared for. Not only did they figure out the problem and fix my hearing aid, they didn't even charge me for the replacement parts they used or for their time. I was truly encouraged by the sincere-hearted good will I received from them, and would like to strongly recommend Beltone to anyone in the Lancaster area with hearing aid needs.;
