I’ve been a customer for a year. Had multiple checkins. Everyone is very friendly, compassionate, and competent. James has great insight into what adjustments I need. He’s also not shy about correcting me when I need to change course in my behavior. 😊. As a result, the ear where I had the most severe hearing loss—which was down to 8%—has improved by almost 50% since my initial test! I am very pleased!

Dec 2025-Needed some adjustments and supplies. They got me right in (fortunately there was an opening!) James took the time to clean, recalibrate, and reprogram the aids to match my current needs. He also did a quick exam and made sure everything was working correctly for me. And he answered questions for me, too.
Sep 2026-and the great ongoing care continues! I was in an auto wreck in May, and have needed repairs since then (air bags are explosive and LOUD!) Plus my brain was affected and I needed to heal. James has been fantastic and helped me a LOT on my healing journey.;
