I visited Beltone thinking that they sell a particular hearing aid after searching the internet, goes to show that the internet isn't always certain. I made an appointment and was given a time when to come in. I arrived fifteen minutes early to my assigned appointment and was told that I was mistaken and my appointment was for an earlier time. Was attended hesitantly and rushed. It couldn't possibly be that the person scheduling made an error? A call to confirm appointment would have been nice and would have cleared up the confusion before the appointment date and time. I left feeling extremely disappointed and somewhat annoyed that the assumption was that I simply got the appointment time wrong. I am fairly still young and quite astute, I am sure I did not get this wrong.;
