Michael Michelli
Dr. Michael Michelli has been an Audiologist for more than 25 years. He has a Bachelor of Science in Hearing and Speech Science from Ohio University – Athens, Ohio; a Master’s Degree in Audiology from Gallaudet University – Washington DC; and a Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Science – AT Still University.
Dr. Michelli has owned Brandywine Hearing Center since 2010 and worked for the previous owner from 2000 until purchasing the business. He is active in multiple Hearing Healthcare organizations and is a Member of the American Academy of Audiology, the International Hearing Society and the Hearing Society of Maryland, Delaware, and DC, where he served two terms as President. He was recently appointed to the State of Delaware Licensing Board for the professions of Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology and Hearing Aid Dispensers for the second time. The board’s duty is to regulate licensed professionals and safeguard consumers. During his previous appointment he served on this board for six years and spent two years as President.
Dr. Michelli’s wife is a Social Worker and they have two children, a son who is in college studying Biology and is an honor student working towards dental school, and a daughter who is a senior in high school who plays varsity softball and basketball and is an honor student as well. She hopes to study Political Science in college.

Andrea Nolan
Hearing Care Specialist
Andrea M. Nolan has been a Hearing Instrument Specialist for more than 16 years. Her BAAS degree in communication is from the University of Delaware. Her professional memberships include the International Hearing Society and the Hearing Society of MD, DE, & DC where she serves as Secretary.
Andrea began her career in Hearing Health Services after raising two daughters. Now adults, one is an art teacher and the other is an art therapist. She herself creates art in the form of Ukrainian Eggs.

Thomas Fisher
Hearing Care Specialist
Tom Fisher is a Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 50 years of experience. He has worked and owned offices in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. He has been very active in promoting the profession of Hearing Instrument Specialists helping to enhance and improve licensure laws and professionalism in the field. Tom has trained countless other dispensers who have gone on to successfully run their own practices.
When not working, Tom enjoys time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren and loves attending Blues Festivals whenever possible.

Great people great atmosphere.
I loved everything about it;
Tom and Mary were excellent through the whole process with setting me up for a appointment. Getting fitted with a new hearing aid. I highly recommend this company. Tom was very thorough with all the information I needed to know about their hearing aids that were going to be ordered. When my hearing aids arrived another appointment was made. Tom was thorough on on showing me how to work my hearing aids with adjusting volume from my phone and everything. Thank you Tom and Mary;
Tom and Mary, were excellent helping me to get fitted with a new hearing aid. I was fitted with the Boost Ultra 6 recently and with all the aids I had, this is the best aid I ever gotten. I was at a friend house visiting, ready to leave said to them Merry Christmas as my back was facing them I heard them said Happy New Year and I actually heard that WOW. With that said I am proud with this new aid.;
