I look forward to my visits each time at Beltone. I feel comfortable, safe, and confident in their hands. Lisa is very sweet, open, and friendly. She is so pleasant and such a joy to talk to. She is very efficient with keeping you informed of your appointments. Mr. Jackson is such a dear heart. He is a very cheerful person and makes you feel so welcomed each visit, like old friends. He enjoys talking and sharing topics that you bring up and talk about. Mr. Jackson is very efficient and thorough in his field. He really puts his focus on “all about you and your hearing”. You can see he really cares about his clients.

Since l started with Beltone, l have always been satisfied with each office visit. My follow ups have been improvements to better my hearing, where ever adjustments are needed. Mr. Jackson always ask you questions on your experience, and give you feedback with clear understanding. He follows through with precise and careful procedures… making sure you are truly comfortable and pleased with your hearing aids. I couldn’t ask for anything better.;
I originally got Mt hearing aids in the boca office, just had to come back over a year later as My charger died. I am so impressed with Jackson Reves who is there now. He has a personality with people that makes u feel comfortable. He took care of my issue immediately. Was there less than 10 mins. Got more information on my hearing aids from him than anyone I dealt with. Highly recommended! Unbelievable personality.;
