I moved up here from Pinellas I hated to leave Beltone S. Pasadena because everyone treated me so nice. Now I went to Beltone Brooksville and it's the same. It seems all of the Beltone associates are super nice and very helpful;

Katie is always so patient and explains things as many times as I need her to. She is very knowledgeable about the Beltone products and the apps I need on my phone to access them. Her passion for her work is so evident ! Nancy at the front desk makes me feel so welcome when I come through the door and when she needs to contact me by telephone. Visiting this office is always pleasant and a positive experience.;

**** KATIE L. IS AMAZING **** My cousin who is visiting me from New York suddenly lost her hearing. I attempted to get her an emergency appointment with ENT Associates on Monday, May 19th, to find out what caused the sudden onset of hearing lost. I was told that there were three available appointments for the 2oth ; but I needed to secure a referral from her primary doctor in NY. I was able to get the requested referral and contacted ENT Associates back only to be advised by their scheduling department that I needed to obtain medical codes and a hearing test for her to be seen in their office on May 29th instead of the 20th. As such, I scheduled an appointment to have her tested at Beltone on May 20th. When we arrived at Beltone, Katie L. advised that this was not a hearing aide situation but a medical issue which needed to be taken care of immediately. ENT Associates should have spotted this "red flag" and realized that immediate medical treatment was needed; not a hearing test! Katie not only provided us with this information but immediately, rather than just send us on our way, Katie started making calls to all the local ENTs that she had professional relationships with in the past. Due to her tenacity, we were able to speak with Gabby with Dr. Brown's ENT office in Hudson, FL and secured an appointment for this Thursday. I so greatly appreciate Katie's caring and dedicated manner. Her ability to go the extra mile may mean the difference between my cousin having permanent hearing loss. Thank you, Katie for giving me and my cousin hope and reassurance that there are still those who value and care about their profession and others.;
