I have delt with 2 other businesses and 3 other hearing aid specialists. That has only strengthened my opinion that my experience with Beltone and Kelly is unmatched. The level of knowledge and customer service excellent. Kelly truly cares about those she deals with. Because she can handle service and repair on all makes and models of hearing aids there is no reason not to use this office for all your needs. I whole heartedly recommend this business. Update: 8/26/22 - just had to see Kelly again for a problem with one of my hearing aids. Not only did she go beyond the call of duty to help me out, instead of just sending the hearing aid in for repair, when I mentioned that I was switching over to Medicare soon she was proactive in getting my information and checking benifits so there will be no delay in getting a new pair. She is the best!!! Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with the Lakeland office for Beltone. You won’t regret it! Follow up: Had a routine check on my ears and the hearing aids Kelly got for me through my Medicare insurance in October. As always she went beyond what one would expect! She corrected a feedback I was getting in the left and replaced part of the back of the right one because she suspected there were problems with the microphone as well as replacing other parts just to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues. She is the best! It is as simple as that. I will never give my business to anyone else. Update: Kelly is the best! Just had a check-up getting older, hearing getting worse, but there is still room to grow with my current hearing aids. I guarantee you will not go wrong by setting an appointment with Kelly at the Lakeland office of Beltone. You just might find you have options that you weren't aware of. New update: 3/24/25 Another check up with Kelly. Ears are fine, but had to replace the wire in my right hearing aid to make it work again. Kelly doesn’t fool around folks! She knows her stuff. Save yourself time and aggravation by going to the Lakeland Beltone office. Kelly will absolutely have a solution to your problem.;
