I still come to this location for my hearing aid services (although I now live 45 minutes away) because Gary is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answers all my questions and makes sure my hearing aids are always working well. Highly recommend this office and staff.;

I know that I have a hearing problem, because my dear wife keeps telling me. I believe the testing done in the Betone office was more indepth than others I have had. The explanation of the test results were easily explained. The next step was what my needs are, and which device would work best. I had all my questions answered, and never felt rushed or pressured.
