Greg began in the Hearing Aid business in 1990 with Beltone in Daytona Beach. Greg's father worked for Beltone in Deland for over 30 years. In 1993 Greg and his family moved to Panama City. Greg is a Nationally Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist (NBC-HIS). Mr. Yordon recently achieved Senior Master Practitioner status and has been recognized as Hearing Care Practitioner of the Year by Beltone. Greg and his wife Sharon, also NBC-HIS, work in the Panama City/Panama City Beach offices, part of the six offices in ten counties in the panhandle under the Beltone NWF territory. Mr. Yordon earned an AA Degree in Counseling Psychology; a B.S. degree from FSU in Psychology and an M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeast University. He also became a state licensed EMT and a Certified Paramedic. He was the first Duel-Certified CPR Instructor in Florida for The American Red Cross and The American Heart Association. During this time Greg developed the first Braille CPR Manual. He worked for many years in emergency medicine and crisis stabilization prior to coming into the Hearing Aid Industry. Mr. Yordon is a past Director for the Better Business Bureau; was Chairman of Life Management, a community mental health agency, and is a member of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals (FSHHP) and International Hearing Society)IHS. Mr. Yordon is the Past President of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals and previously has been Treasurer and a District 1 Director. Greg's hobbies include golf, scuba diving, and collecting rocks and mugs while traveling. He is a Civil War Historian. His favorite sports teams are anything Seminoles, Cubs, Bulls, Bears, Bucs and Blackhawks.

Dr. Austin Black is from Louisville, Kentucky where he has worked for the Beltone there for 7 years and has been in the hearing health care business for 21 years. He went to school at the University of Kentucky for his Bachelors and then University of Louisville for his Master and Doctorate for his Au.d. Austin grew up with Hearing loss, so he understands the obstacles that the hearing-impaired face every day. If you ask Dr. Black's patients what they appreciate about him, they will typically tell you that he can relate to their daily challenges created by their hearing loss. His personal experiences make him very qualified to assist with their hearing care solutions. Austin has served on the Kentucky Academy of Audiology board and assists in the church band. He is married with 2 kids and enjoys playing music, video games with his kids, following tech trends, and getting people excited about new things.

Rachel Yordon
Born in Virginia, left a month after high school for Air Force Basic Training. After Basic and technical training, was stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri. Worked as Low Observable Maintenance Technician on B-2 Stealth Bomber from 2000-2010. Moved to Eglin AFB in Fort Walton Beach Florida to become an instructor training others how to repair the LO coatings on the F-35 Stealth Fighter. 2013 met now husband and business partner Cameron Yordon. Decided in 2014 to leave the Air Force to start a family. Became a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist in Florida in 2014/2015. Worked for Beltone for about 18 months then was called by Lockheed Martin to join the instructor team at Eglin training foreign military partners on how to work on the F-35. Have been with Lockheed Martin for over 5 years. 2019 Cameron and I were asked if we would be interested in becoming owners of the 6 Beltone Offices in Northwest Florida. We decided to go for it, and took ownership on 6 January 2020. in Decemeber of 2020 we acquired 6 more offices. Three in Florida and three in Alabama. In total we now own offices in 12 locations. We are excited to see what the future holds for our current adventure.
