Every time I visit the Bell Tone offices, was pleasant atmosphere of the staff always prevails. But The last time I went to the Beltone office the specialist in charge left the office even though we were waiting to speak with him. He walked in front of us and without saying good morning he left. It's a shame that Mrs. Stephanie is not there now, she really knew how to treat her customers, I miss her.;

At Beltone they were very polite and did everything that asked of them.(cleaning the hearing aids , adjusting them for me). It is a good place to get you hearing aids. TKS;
