Found out I needed hearing aids at this point in my life. Not happy about the cumbersome look of those things. Started my search for small in the canal invisible to others hearing aids. Found a pair but they were not available with my facility so started checking around. Called Beltone they did not normally carry that brand however would go on the hunt for me and to my pleasant surprise found the exact ones I had seen. They set up my appointment right away, did their own testing and yes…still needed the devices. Took my canal impressions sent them in. Waited for approximately 4 weeks when they called it was to have me come in to see what they had finally found for me. Come to find out, my canals are so small the brand I had choose could not be made small enough to house the electronics needed to fulfill my prescription therefore would be visible . Nick, at Port St Lucie, FL’s Beltone did not stop there he started his own research and found another brand that would house the electronics needed and he ordered them for me and scheduled an appointment to come in and see if they would fulfill my request. They absolutely do and I currently am working with Beltone programming them to reach my comfort range for daily use. Thank you for caring enough to actually spend time to research and find the hearing aids that would fulfill my wishes. I would recommend Beltone, Pt St Lucie as they have an extremely pleasant and very attentive staff.;
