My experience at Beltone was a positive one. Prior to my visit I was sent a video via text so that I could meet the provider, which I thought was a great idea.
Upon entering the office Joe Pezak introduced himself and explained what he would be doing during the exam. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and also explained the results of my hearing exam. He was very personable too. I would definitely recommend Beltone to my family and friends.;
