Kelly is Patrick's and Sharon's daughter who grew up in the industry watching both parents work in the Beltone network. In 2011, she graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa earning a degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders with a focus in hearing. In 2012, she became a licensed Florida Hearing Aid Specialist, HAS, and now operates the Lakeland office located directly off South Florida Avenue, one mile south of the Polk Parkway.

He has also been Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences, NBC-HIS, for 25 years.

2026 Update…I had my 6 month appointment with Jennifer yesterday…a first for me with some one other than Patrick. He told me I would feel comfortable with her and he was correct. I hit her with an issue that is relatively new for me and some thing she certainly wasn’t expecting…She took fantastic care of me and has come up with a plan to hopefully remedy my issue. I hate change…but Jennifer made it easy. If you have been going to Patrick at Beltone and your next appointment is with Jennifer…You will be in great hands and you will be pleased.
Patrick is not only knowledgeable, he is patient and kind. He really cares about his clients and will do whatever he can to help them out. You will have an amazing positive experience at Beltone with Patrick. He also goes out of his way to save his clients money.

I had a sudden hearing loss that I thought was an emergency, and when I could not get anyone else to see me as soon as I needed to be seen the man at Beltone actually scheduled me for 9 o’clock the next morning on a Saturday and opened the office for me. He was very professional, and helpful. He assured me that I had not completely lost my hearing in that ear. He suggested what I needed to do, where to go next, and was very, very helpful.
