Kelly is Patrick's and Sharon's daughter who grew up in the industry watching both parents work in the Beltone network. In 2011, she graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa earning a degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders with a focus in hearing. In 2012, she became a licensed Florida Hearing Aid Specialist, HAS, and now operates the Lakeland office located directly off South Florida Avenue, one mile south of the Polk Parkway.

Patrick has been wearing hearing aids since he was five years old and knows to stick with Beltone. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1977. He joined Beltone in 1984 and has been a licensed Florida Hearing Instrument Specialist, HIS, for 33 years. He has also been Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences, NBC-HIS, for 25 years.

Very pleasant And friendly I was very happy when I left there. Knowing they were taking care of me, And my hearing Problem;
I've been wearing hearing aids for the last 35 years and all different brands I went to Beltone and Patrick add Beltone showed me the different models and what I would have to have for my hearing loss and I'm very very satisfied for choosing Beltone probably the best hearing aid I've had in my entire life I'd advise anybody that's reading this to give Beltone a chance and I'll prove it to you;
I highly Recommed Beltone in Winter Haven, nice clean waitting room and awesome staff. They do a great job explaining everything, and help you get the hearing aids you need. I'll post pics next appointment.;
