Very complete examination, one like I never had before. Very professional and thorough. Took the time to explain everything and what each step of the examination was trying to accomplish. Next step is getting the hearing aids fitted and starting to use. Did not try and push the more expensive hearing aids, explained the pros for each one and then let you decide.;
