I would like to commend Beltone Hearing Care Centers. I went to the Eastman Ga. location. I have had a Hearing problem for the past several years. It isn’t very bad but I can’t hear the high pitch sounds as well as the low pitch sounds. Dr. Rob Scott was very knowledgeable about his profession. He did a very thorough hearing examination and explained everything in detail from start to end. He answered every question I had and made sure I understood his responses. If you want to enjoy the hearing you have lost and want it back; I highly recommend Beltone. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and professional. You could tell they enjoyed their job and were there to help you. Thank you so much Dr. Rob Scott for giving me back my hearing, I really appreciate it!!! Update July 14, 2023 I went today for another visit with Dr. Rob Scott. I have been a customer for several years now. He and Ms. Kim Thompson have always treated me with the utmost kindness and concern. They make you feel like family. Thanks to the office in Eastman I continue to hear as good as I once did when I was a lot younger. Thank You so much‼️ I needed some accessories last week and called and met Dr. Rob at the Eastman location. He fixed me up with some filters and cups and asked if I needed anything else. If you need help hearing, this is the place to go. They will bend over backwards to fix any concerns you have. They are well learned in the hearing aid department. They also have any kind of aid you could want. You just need to have your test done and pick out the device you like and within your budget and you’re all set. You will be pleasingly surprised at what you have been missing out on, hearing wise. It is amazing what they can do for you. Don’t take my word, go see for yourself. Thanks and have a great day ‼️ Update 01-29-2025 I went to Beltine in Eastman to day and as always Ms. Kim welcomes you and makes you feel at home. Dr. Rob calibrated and cleaned both sets of my hearing aides. I didn’t realize how much my hearing had diminished till I put the sides in. WOW, is all I can say, they are just like brand new again. He certainly knows how the aides work and can tell when there is something wrong with the. Then he Bluetooths the aides to his laptop and calibrates them to enable you to hear just like you did when they were new. Thank you to Dr. Rob and Ms. Kim for taking care of all my concerns and bending over backwards for me. If you are hard of hearing I would definitely recommend Beltone in Eastman Ga. You won’t regret it‼️. Updated June 4th 2026 Dr. Rob and Ms. Glenda have got it together. They schedule you in when you need to see Dr. Rob in a timely manner. You won’t find a nicer group of people to help you with your hearing problem. They sure have helped me for several years. I can hear clearly now.
