Rob Scott
Hearing Care Practitioner
Rob Scott is a Licensed Hearing Care Practitioner who joined Beltone in 2013.
Rob is a graduate of Mississippi State University. He spent 15 years in healthcare as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Columbus, OH before moving to Macon.
Rob said that he was very fortunate to meet Carol Bashuk, the longtime owner of Carol Bashuk Beltone Hearing Center in Macon. Rob started as a Hearing Care Practitioner in Macon, as well as Milledgeville, Dublin, and Eastman and has been with Carol’s team for 9 years.
Rob is well-known for his commitment of creating a long-term hearing healthcare relationship with each patient. He has been recognized as an Advanced Master Practitioner by Beltone.
Rob is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Middle GA community, which includes Macon, Milledgeville, Dublin, and Eastman and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better.
Rob enjoys spending time with his family and friends, singing in the Choir at Martha Bowman United Methodist Church, hiking and many other activities.

Carol Roobin Bashuk is a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist who joined Beltone in 1994.She earned an Undergraduate Degree from the University of Florida and earned a Masters Degree from the University of Georgia. Carol earned her Board Certification from the International Hearing Society.Carol Bashuk started as a Beltone owner in Macon, GA, where she discovered a passion for helping people hear the beat that they can!Carol originally started the Hearing Aid Department at the ENT Medical Group in Macon, GA.Carol and her Hearing Aid Company have received the Best of the Best for numerous years.Carol Bashuk is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Macon and Middle GA community and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better.When Carol isn’t managing her Beltone office or seeing patients, she can usually be found spending time with her husband, her family and friends.

Patient Care Coordinator
Joan Sprayberry is our PCC, Personal Care Coordinator, who joined Beltone in 2018 and works in our Macon office. Joan also serves as our office manager and is a very integral part of our team.
Joan has worked with Carol for 5 years and she loves her job! It gives her great pleasure to see how happy our patients are with the services that we provide. “Our patients enjoy coming to our office and leave with a smile on their face!”
When Joan isn’t assisting patients, she can usually be found doing Seek-A-Word puzzles. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two miniature dachshund dogs, Maddie and Bear.
