Caitlin Breitweiser is a hearing care professional who joined Beltone in 2014. Cailtin got her start as a patient care coordinator at a hearing aid center in Central Florida where she discovered her passion for helping people and improving the lives of the hearing impaired. That passion led her to earn her hearing aid specialist certification and kickstarted her career as a hearing health professional. Caitlin is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to Richmond Hill and Pooler community and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. When Caitlin isn't assisting patients, she can usually be found teaching fitness classes or on the baseball field with her husband and their 3 boys.

Jim Reynolds is the Owner and Hearing Care Professional who joined Beltone in 2004. He received his hearing instrument specialist license the same year. Jim has been awarded the 2006 Rookie of the Year, 2009 Outstanding Unit Performance, and the 2022 Regional Excellence Award for the Southeast Region.
Jim is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Savannah and Statesboro community and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better.
When Jim isn’t seeing patients can usually be found golfing, playing his guitar or spending time with his grandchildren.

Great place togo;
I could not get my hearing aids to work. On Sunday night I entered a chat on their web site and immediately received a phone call on which I was talked through getting them working again. I came to the office the next morning and was shown how to change filters and given new filters for each hearing aid. The service was extraordinary.;
I’ve been going to Beltone for years, but had my first visit at the new office in Pooler this week. Jim Reynolds, as always, was friendly and helpful. He has a new assistant, Caitlyn, who is likewise, a delight. I suspect I will be as pleased with the service at this office as I always was on the Commerce Drive.;
