I saw Josh yesterday for a two month follow up, cleaning of my hearing aids and to replace the little rubber thing that had broken off. He talked with me in length about how I need to wear my hearing aids every day, how they can adjust the background noise, etc., to make the hearing aids more comfortable for me. Josh is very thorough and very professional.;
