People were friendly and helpful. Did not belittle me for wanting to hear better. Still trying out the hearing aids in different places and situations but so far feel like I can hear better than I did with other aids I have had in the last 4-6 years. Still have some scenarios I have not visited but feel they will be better too.;
I am very pleased with Bel-tone and their service today!
Marla always treats the customers special and does a great job in assisting everyone!
She was the only one in the office and handled 3 walk in customers along with phone business.
She is very kind and patient with them all.
