Alana was most helpful in every way. She explained carefully all the options available to me and answered all my questions and I appreciate it her knowledge and honesty. She took extra time to be sure I was comfortable with my purchase.;

Absolutely outstanding. After 5 years of use I went to Beltone to see if they could be adjusted for my current hearing. The technician, Alana Wenger, was extremely helpful. She put new ear pieces on and adjusted the settings. Much to my surprise, there was no charge. That’s what I call absolutely excellent service. When I got in my car and turned the radio on, I felt like a new man. I could hear all the tones. Thumbs up and 5 stars for Beltone.;
