Helen has been recognized for her membership in the International Hearing Society and the Iowa Hearing Association, and as a past board member of the Iowa Licensure Board. She is currently the Education Chair for the Iowa Hearing Association. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care while overseeing the Beltone administration team.
Outside of work, she can usually be found spending time with her three children, one grandson, and three Shih Tzus; volunteering in the community; traveling; checking off her to-do list; and enjoying karaoke.

Absolutely outstanding. After 5 years of use I went to Beltone to see if they could be adjusted for my current hearing. The technician, Alana Wenger, was extremely helpful. She put new ear pieces on and adjusted the settings. Much to my surprise, there was no charge.
