I have been a Beltone customer for many years. Chelsea Thurston has been truly amazing. I am 80 years old and have some trouble with technology. Chelsea is so kind and helpful with things I don’t understand and never makes me feel dumb. She has even come to my home to help me pair my TV to my hearing aids. She has also helped to get me the proper aids and does everything to help me maintain them.;
