They will not disappoint. August 15, 2024…. Once again Beltone answers every question I have and continues to provide professional service that you can rely on. Joe & Kevin are first class and I will always be a client of Beltone. Highly recommend to anyone who is considering hearing aids. This is an updated review as I purchased my new hearing instruments on January 17, 2023. Although my original hearing aids were still working, I wanted to have the very best that Beltone had to offer and it’s amazing how the new ones work. Joe worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied and he made that happen. I highly recommend Joe and Beth and the Beltone products. You will not be disappointed. I have been a Beltone client since 2011. Started with Bruce Mayhew, who has since retired and now seeing Joe Schmitt. I can highly recommend Joe to anyone who is experiencing any hearing problems or concerns. He will do a comprehensive evaluation, listens to his customers and will answers questions. He also repaired my current hearing aids without cost. Told me of newer equipment but did not pressure me in any way to upgrade as my instruments are still good for me at this point. Professional staff that has an easy check in and check out with Beth Grisham. There are lots of choices when it comes to your hearing. I feel I made the best choice years ago and will continue to look to Beltone for all of my hearing health.;

Joe and Kevin are both great guys. Kevin gets me in for appointments when I need my 3 month hearing aid check or if I have an emergency with one of my aids. Joe is very polite and knowledgeable, knowing exactly what my aids need when I have a problem. His hard work keeps me hearing my friends and family.;
