My first visit went very well, the staff were very professional and

Did a new patient visit. Appointment was easy to schedule and didn’t wait very long to be seen. Had a very very professional thorough hearing evaluation. There was no surprise to realize the degree of damage to my hearing over the accumulated years. Yes it’s my first appliance so I tried Beltone. The only objection is the cost. The aids work great better than wasting money trying to get them over the counter or online. I had a real person and it does matter. If anything at all happens he will be there to help. Nothing is free and nowadays everything is expensive. I think it was the right decision. And I think they are and will do their best to keep me happy hearing days ahead
