First meeting with Jordan. He suggested a strategy for iphone13mini to solve it not keeping Beltone app open. Time will tell. He is one i would recommend to others if they asked. My meeting with Jordan on 6/4/24 was the culmination of the third one we had about my device issue (I sounded tinny to the called party if I used my iPhone Bluetooth on the call) that was extant since I acquired them a year ago. Yet Jordan was willing to spend several meetings to discover my devices needed to be sent to Beltone for consderation. I appreciated his willingness to do this and find him to excel exploring different options. The problem was solved with the returned hearing aids and they now allow me to use my phone without having the person on the other end of call complain about me sounding like I am so tinny it is disturbing to them. If I was asked to rank his service it would be excellent and be contributory to the success of his position.;

Great customer service and very complete examination. Ability to hear what new devices will do is very impressive. 5-18-23 Received my new Achieve hearing aids and have had 3 visits with Blake Collier for fine tuning them. I am very impressed with his ability to share various features of ways to improve the functionality of my devices. He strikes me as VERY knowledgeable and skilled in ways to best add improvements to them, and is willing to work with me to check issues I found to be me and not the Beltones! He is a very positive representative for this company and should be recognized as such. 7/21/23 Had an issue when phone calls stream to my devices. Person talking to me said voice very tinney sounding or like I am in a metal garbage can. Call their 800 number and gal put me on list to see local area for any cancellations. Bingo about an hour later local office had one. Turns out very recent factory notification to him stated a solution which helps a great deal. It is better but still not a good as my voice is when I use speaker function. Maybe the next device updates will completely solve it. Beltone is a great group addressing issues. Blake knows the product line well. 12/8/2023 Blake continues to be an excellent service provider. As always his knowledge of my issues and his ability to resolve them makes my appointments worth praising his professionalism.;
