We cannot speak highly enough of the professional and courteous staff at Beltone of Annapolis, and their first-class service!
Leanne, the Patient Care Coordinator, was considerate and helpful from our first visit to our follow-up visits. She made checking in a breeze, as well as working with our schedules to accommodate our future visits. The text reminders were useful. Leanne demonstrates exceptional front-line service!
Laura, the audiologist, is top notch! Professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated patience with my husband and his new hearing loss. Laura ensured my husband was acclimating to his new devices and that they were functioning in the best possible way for him. She communicated effectively at each visit, and was available for any questions that arose via phone & email. Laura saw to it that both my husband and myself were up to speed with the new technologies of his devices, as well as taking the time to train us on maintenance.
The staff at Beltone Annapolis set the bar high! It was well worth our drive from the Eastern Shore! Looking forward to our check-in visit in 6 months!;
