I have been to a few audiologists but Mr. Payne is the best. He takes his time to make sure you are satisfied and that you understand how to use your hearing aids. He does not send you away wondering what to do because he explains everything.
He does not push his customers to makr a purchase just to make money as some do.
His work is the best that I have experienced. The office environment is cozy and his assistant is very kind and courteous.
I am his customer for life.

Got the devices through Zip Hearing (ReSound). It took a few trys but I think we got it all right at this point. Very responsive and helpful.;
