My husband got new hearing aides a week ago. He went back for a tweaking, now that he's used to sounds and ready for more. Jeff was early and we were out 5 minutes after 9, our original appointment time.;
I must say, Jeff did and outstanding job testing and walking me thru my purchase of my hearing aids. He took the time to answer any and all my questions at each and every appointment. I'm very pleased with my purchase thus far.;
