I've been bringing my disabled aunt to the Bay City location for years. The staff have always been kind and knowledgeable. My aunt's insurance covers exams but not hearing aids themselves. Beltone has been understanding and really put effort into finding a means to make things more affordable. We appreciate their professionalism and their willingness to have dialog with us!;
The Bay City office is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Cathy the receptionist is very friendly and always says hi but the best person there is Melissa. She is amazing, very easy to talk to and knows her business. She better not go anywhere. We still have so much to talk about. Lol
