Absolutely no stars. Shame shame on this company in Chesaning. My mother came in to be helped with her hearing loss. This company took advantage of her age and mental capacity. After informing her that hearing aids were over $8000 she said no, but then they talked her into how she could pay for it. They said things like “just go to your bank and get a check for us. You can do it.” Also asked her questions on whether she was married, had children in the area and personal non-related questions that made her uncomfortable. She was guilted into doing what they told her to do. Also was not informed of their no return policy! She now has hearing aids she is unable to use. They do not care for the end individual. Do not go here!;
The gentleman performing the hearing test was good. But. They tried selling me $7000 hearing aids and didn't offer anything in my price range once they found out I couldn't afford them. Even tried to get me to borrow money from friends and family. I Almost gave up on getting a pair. Until I made a call to another beltone dealer. And found out they offered a whole lot more. Seems to me like the almighty dollar was their primary goal. Shame on you guys.;
