I went with my mom and dad to have my dad's hearing tested. Shelly was thorough and explained the tests she did to develop a recommendation for my dad. She was very helpful and willing to "go the extra mile" to assist my parents, since it's a challenge for them to get around. I was impressed with her and think she will be a big help going forward. Shelly is absolutely amazing. She goes way beyond the technology. She takes hearing health care to the point where it becomes an art. Through Shelly, I now have the capacity to benefit to the utmost in spite of my rather complicated hearing impairments. Now I can once again take part in conversations, no longer excluded because of my deficits. I cannot express strongly enough how much I appreciate Shelly's care and concern which she has shown to me. You can trust her absolutely. UPDATE: Having had my new hearing aids for more than 3 months, I can emphatically state that these are the best hearing aids I have ever had, and I have had many over the years. I absolutely would choose Rennaissance again, both for the quality of their hearing aids, but even more so for the expertise and wonderful caring and kindness shown by Shelly Olson.;
