I went to Beltone this am as the Technician was kind enough to drive down to meet with me.

The exam was very thorough with not only tones but speech recognition. Of which was new to me and very relevant.
Mr. Yadon explained every detail thoroughly and asked if I understood and showed hearing exam graph which was new to me and not seen before.
I do not have the words to express my gratitude with Mr Yadon nor company.
