Update - September 8, 2023 Audiologist Sam provides excellent customer. The front office staff is always helpful, pleasant and is a great help to the attending Audiologist. I still love Beltone Hearing Aids. I upgraded to the Amaze model two years ago and today it was time for a new hearing test. Unfortunately, I had some further hearing loss and needed an adjustment. Sam let me try on the newest technology and OMG. The difference between the Amaze and the Ascension was the difference I get from wearing hearing aids and taking them off. So much crisper sharper sound you won't believe it until you put them on. Original post - The Beltone store in Independence, Missouri has to be one of the best in their system. Glen provides top drawer customer care. Glen takes his time to explain every aspect of your visit and any question you may have.
