I really enjoyed buying my hearing aids at Beltone. Sam Buchanan was friendly and knowledgeable — just a joy to deal with, and the receptionist was always positive and helpful. I went in initially for just a hearing test, certain that I couldn’t afford new hearing aids, but Sam was able to find me some refurbished ones at a fraction of the cost, with financing as well. What’s more, they work with my iPhone and are rechargeable, so I can stop buying those stupid batteries all the time! After my miserable experience at Miracle Ear, Beltone is a breath of fresh air! SO happy and satisfied!;

Update - September 8, 2023 June 9, 2023 Audiologist Shannon provides excellent customer care. The front office staff is always helpful, pleasant and is a great help to the attending Audiologist. I still love Beltone Hearing Aids. I upgraded to the Amaze model four years ago and today it was time for my devices to cleaned and get new filters. I had another audiology test several months ago and Shannon made adjustments as needed. Back in September 2023 Sam let me try on the newest technology and OMG. The difference between the Amaze and the Ascension was the difference I get from wearing hearing aids and taking them off. So much crisper sharper sound you won't believe it until you put them on. Original post - The Beltone store in Independence, Missouri has to be one of the best in their system. Glen provides top drawer customer care. Glen takes his time to explain every aspect of your visit and any question you may have. I highly recommend Beltone Hearing Aids and the Independence store for your care. You won’t be disappointed.;
